1. Strict Medical Disclaimer

LongevityOS is designed for general fitness, wellness, and informational purposes only.

• NOT MEDICAL ADVICE: The metrics, "Youth Scores," predictive age modeling, AI wellness tracking, and posture analysis provided by this App do not constitute medical advice, medical diagnostics, or medical treatment.
• CONSULT A DOCTOR: Our App is not a substitute for professional medical consultation. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health providers with any questions regarding a medical condition.
• NO EMERGENCY USE: Never delay seeking professional medical care because of information you have read or assessed via LongevityOS.

2. Usage & AI-Derived Insights

Our "AI Health Insights" and "Biological Age Projections" use mathematical models based on the lifestyle and weight data you manually input or track on your device.

• These are algorithmic estimates to encourage healthier habits and are not clinically validated diagnostic tests.
• You assume all risks associated with altering your wellness routines, diets, or fitness regimens based on the generalized insights provided by the App.

3. Subscriptions and Billing ("LongevityOS Pro")

LongevityOS offers premium features via an auto-renewing subscription model.

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Management & Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription by navigating to your iOS Account Settings on the App Store after purchase. We do not have the ability to manually cancel your subscription for you.
• Refunds: All refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's standard App Store policies.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the creators, developers, and affiliated entities of LongevityOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

1. Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the App.
2. Any physical injuries or health conditions arising from lifestyle changes prompted by the App.
3. Unauthorized access to your structurally-local device data.

5. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms. Continuing to use the App after those changes become effective signifies your agreement to the revised Terms.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws relating to your registered App Store jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
